We have meticulously structured a comprehensive journey consisting of seven clear-cut stages, meticulously designed to streamline and enhance your shopping journey. Our unwavering dedication to clarity and effectiveness ensures that each step, from the moment you make your initial enquiry to the ultimate delivery or collection of your windows and doors, is marked by seamless communication and meticulous attention to detail.
From the outset, we strive to provide a transparent and informative experience, starting with gathering essential details to accurately tailor our services to your needs. Our commitment to efficiency means that once your enquiry is received, our team promptly processes it, ensuring swift responses and timely quotations based on the specifics you provide. This initial stage sets the foundation for a smooth progression through subsequent stages, where each interaction is guided by our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
Stage one
Collecting Details
In order to quote the job properly please make sure you send us the following job details:
- Your full name and surname
- Your email address
- Reference of the job
- Height and width of the window/door
- Opening style
- Cill length (150mm is standard)
- Colour of the products (single/dual colour?)
- Colour of the ironmongery
- Georgian bars required?
- Material to be used (uPVC/aluminium/timber)
- Vents required?
- Safety glass required?
- Clear glass?/design glass?/satin frosted glass?
Stage Two
Processing
Upon receiving your enquiry, we promptly initiate our comprehensive review process. The timeline for generating your quotation depends on the current volume of enquiries, yet we consistently strive to expedite this process. Our aim is to deliver your personalized quotation swiftly, ensuring a timely response to your specific request. We value your interest and are committed to providing you with a prompt and accurate quotation.
Stage Three
Booking a Visit
One of our Company Surveyors will be contacting you to book a visit to your site in order to take accurate measurements and accordingly. Please make sure that you or your representative will be at the site to answer any questions about the manufacturing requirements and discuss any other concerns you may have.
The surveyor will complete the survey as soon as possible. We want to make it clear that your contract price includes one site visit by the Surveyor, any further site visits are extra payable. If there are any new wall openings on your property we’ll be more than happy to liaise with you about extra charges.
Stage Four
Sign-Off
If your survey is as per the contract, your order will be dispatched immediately upon our receipt of the survey documents, unless you are asked to sign off on any changes that may have been made.
If your survey includes any changes from the original contract, we will send you a copy of the survey documents and ask for your confirmation of the changes that appeared as a result of the survey.
Once we receive your sign-off on this order, we will notify you about any potential price variations and the order will be placed on hold until you approve these. We start our delivery times from when you sign-off on the survey details or if there are any cost variations, whichever is later.
Stage Five
Ordering of Materials
After the completion of your survey and your written confirmation of survey details or cost adjustments (if applicable), your order will be handed over to our dedicated manufacturing team. They will proceed to procure the specific materials required for the fabrication of your windows. We will proactively contact you as the designated deadline nears to establish a convenient date for either delivery or collection, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for you.
Stage Six
Payment
Shortly before the agreed-upon date for delivery or collection, we will contact you to ask you to settle your outstanding balance. Please ensure that we receive this in cleared funds prior to collection or delivery in order for your products to be released. We will also provide you with detailed fitting instructions to assist you or your fitter with installing the products. If the VAT rate changes, your final balance invoice will include VAT at the rate prevailing on the date of invoice.
Stage Seven
Collection / Delivery
