Quality guaranteed

Timber, Aluminium and uPVC windows and door frames are guaranteed against any failure in welded joints and distortion in accordance with the system supplier’s recommendations for a period of not longer than 10 years. Glass sealed units are guaranteed for a period no longer than 2 years. Locking mechanisms, hinges, and all metallic moving parts are guaranteed for 1 year subject to regular maintenance by the customer. Cosmetic deterioration to handles, letter plates and door handles etc. due to general wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. We will only use products that are fit for purpose, installed fully in-line with manufacturer’s instructions and to your chosen specification as detailed in our quotation and contract. Where the product manufacturer provides a product guarantee this shall be passed to you as is for any product related issues.

Price match promise

We are aware of the competitors and should you find the same product cheaper elsewhere we will endeavour to match the price.

What are the terms of payment?

A 50% deposit is needed to validate your order, whether it is a ‘supply and fit’ contract or a ‘supply only’ contract. A final payment of 50% is expected one week prior to installation in order for us to deliver or deliver and install your goods. Cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. The final payment is due 7 days before the scheduled delivery/installation date.

Can I buy windows on finance?

If you temporarily have a tight budget there is a possibility to buy windows on finance. Your financial plan depends on your affordability and current financial situation. Please speak to our representatives and we will be happy to guide you through the application.

How much time do I have to consider whether or not to accept the quotation?

Our quotes are valid for 30 days after they are released. We understand that buying your goods is a major decision for you, so our team will contact you without any pressure before the expiry date of any quote to answer any questions you might have.

What are the lead times?

We understand that time is money and all the projects need to be finished as soon as possible therefore we do all that we can to make it happen. However the final accomplishment day is impacted by the stock availability in a particular period of time, number of orders being placed at the same time, logistics, availability of manpower to install products. Rough lead times for aluminium are 3-6 weeks, timber around 8 weeks and uPVC anything from 2 up to 6 weeks. In the case of more advanced specific orders the lead time may be longer than that.
